Went fishing Saturday after the Shootout and everything was fine. Got out Sunday morning and no GPS> The old GPS module not responding thingy! Check power fuse to it and burnt. Put in another one and burnt again and again. Any thoughts before I tear it all apart. Could the module be shot? Thanks for any feedback!
Was it just no GPS signal? The module is powered through the nema 2000 network. I'm taking it that the fuse is the main fuse on power cord. Did your entire unit shut down? Fishlectronics may be of better assitance. I've lost signal before and had to check voltage read out on my unit. Ussualy was battery was strong enought to run unit, start motor but voltage was to low to pull signal. I now run 2 12 volt batteries for starting/electronics.
