The fishing has been very good. it slowed down some a week or so ago but this weekend they caught fish on all of the trips. everyone has been bringing home plenty of eaters. We are also offering for an additional $200 we will make it a 6 our trip and run out to the mud flats. But the bite has been good in closer here too.
Here's a few pictures of this week on the launch. We're workin' for 'em, but we're catching some good fish with close to 50% keepers in the 14-20" range.
Nice Fishing Jon! Trust me, I am going fishing with you on the Pride of Mille Lacs as soon as I can get home to Malmo Bay and to Hunter's Point fine resort. Septmeber is a great month here and I have the Mile High Clam Bake coming up the Sunday after Labor Day. We will bake over 600 lobsters! Jon and Boober: Check out our web site for the clam bake; we could use this for a campaign party no doubt: http://milehighclambake.org/ Malmo Mike Mystery Man was here ... ;winner
Howdy Bobber and Jon, I had a couple rocky mountain oysters last week -- per Bobber's suggestion -- it was after about two or maybe three cold ones when I was not thinking about it.
Someone has to bake all those lobsters in a week or so. It may as well be me. I need you guys to help party and eat some lobsters. We have a crew of about 10 guys cooking and 'lobster baking' The steamed clams are good too. A great campaign party for Governor Bobber. The Mile High Clam Bake is awesome. Malmo Mike Mystery Man was here.
Howdy Jon, Howdy Bobber, The Vikings looked pretty darn good. The Broncos looked like a team that really knows how to fumble. However, the Vikings were making serious impact hits on the ball carriers.
We have a great day here today. Hope the winds on Mille Lacs settle down a bit. You have had a lot of winds the past couple of weeks. I am trying to stay outta trouble until the Clam Bake event. Malmo Mike was here.
