OK, this may drive some of you nuts, but I have a little brain teaser to keep you busy on a Friday afternoon.
Lets Stock our back yard pond with some fish. The Rules:
You have to buy EXACTLY 100 fish.
You have to spend EXACTLY $100.00.
You have to buy at least one of every fish. Here are the prices:
Perch ...... $0.50 each
Smallmouth...... $3.00 each
Walleye ........ $10.00 each
The first correct response will enjoy a cold one on me this summer.
I got it but it wasn't easy.
SPOILER ALERT

Last time I checked 82 + 3 + 5 = 90, not 100 .
It's 94 perch, 1 smallmouth, and 5 walleyes.
Yes Chris, you are right. Not sure where Fife went to school. lol
Look me up when you are up there. After opener we are up almost every week-end.
Malmo Mike's Modern Math Version:
Fife got the price correct -- (but his total came to only 90 fish?)
Malmo Mike's answer: Get the 10 walleyes period. 0 perch 0 smallmouth.
The hell with the rest. Malmo Mike likes this.
10 walleyes = $100 and my walleye fever gets better.
I vote for Fife for Governor. Remember Fife: No tribal netting.
RULES TO REMEMBER:
Rule 1 No tribal Netting (always remember Rule 1.)
Rule 2: You have to buy EXACTLY 100 fish (Unless they are all Walleyes from Malmo.)
Rule 3: You have to spend EXACTLY $100.00.
Rule 4: When in doubt, Always Remember Rule 1 and Rule 2.
Sorry Denny, Fife is not as smart as you think. His total only came to 90 fish. Chris got the right answer.
I'm just glad somebody got it since I went out fishing, cuz I didn't quite get 94 perch. Zero walleyes and zero smallmouth. (That's my way of figuring out puzzlers. Did get enough perch for a Sunday fry, though.)
Way to go guys!
