FELLEGY PETITIONS MN. SUPREME COURT
Permalink

Today, August 10th, 2012, we officially filed a petition to the Mn. Supreme Court to review the Court of Appeals decision on our fishing/rights/discrimination case.

Again, I am asking for any and all of you to support this effort with real $$. A $20 bill or more from all of you will make this, in the end, have both local(Mille Lacs), and statewide implications directly related to anyone of you that fish and hunt--and if nothing else--believe in equal rights to our natural resources.

Thanks! Please help this effort--that is on YOUR behalf.

Thank you all for the ongoing support.

In the past few weeks, we have weighed on, heavily, all the options we have in front of us to reach our initial and ongoing goals. In the end, going to the higher court was the only prudent move we felt good about making at this time.

That said, we have one other major "legal" iron in the fire that I can't go into now but will as soon as I can. Stay tuned! To say the least, it be will impacting the welfare and future of Lake Mille Lacs walleyes in a soundly, positive fashion--in no uncertain terms.

No doubt...the beginning of the end is in the works...not only at Lake Mille Lacs but, potentially, far-reaching from here.

THANKS! Your $$ are dearly needed....I/we can't do this , and shouldn't have to, alone.

If you don't want to use PayPal, you can mail it to the Trust address given on the CASST site. And if you do not want to do that...look up Bob Carlson and he will get it to the Trust as he has done many times for people in the past 2 years. ( he will be at or around Hunters this weekend at the MTT event) No one else is designated as a "drop site" for funding the Trust. Bob is the guy...hook up with him via this site or ask around to find him there.

THANKS for your support!!
