What's going to happen with the old Pike Point place? Last I heard, and this close to a DECADE ago, it was bought up due to road construction going through. I thought that place would have disappeared long ago. But everytime through Garrison... There stand the buildings. Or what's left of them anyway... Whats up there?
I thought I saw an Appledorns sign there the last time I was through Garrison about a month ago. Looked like they fixed the place up too. I don't think there is much of a chance that new road construction will ever take place.

I think the Appledorn's sign is a bit notrh of the old Pike Point site. The sign, I believe, is at the renovated motel. I was talking about the old, multi building resort site before the slight hill. If memory serves, the buildings were painted a grayish blue. I'll be heading up tomorrow and will take a peek as I go by...
I took a good gander at the place on my way through Garrison the other day... I don't think anyone's been there for quite some time. Seems like such a waste. The little "cabins" could easily be skid houses... Or even a small "get away" place for the summer if I could find someone to move one...
