yesrtrday morning got ot to a sad start, one of my favroite fishin rods went down the hole, i put my camra down ''wich i hate useing'' and noticed my rod in 29 ft of water but it had drifted off a long way. after drilling sevral holes to figure out my direction and many jig changes i was able to recover my rod ten feet away from the hole it was lost in, i do think with all that messing around and sturing up the mud slowed down our fishing, even a small jig bounceing off the botom can stur up lota of mud

Sorry to hear of your loss.! It always seem to be the best rod/reel that goes.

We've all have dropped something down a hole.

Three years ago I was fishing on a lake about five

miles from my house, I got a call from a buddy and

when I pulled my phone out my key ring came too.

The replacement cost for the keys was over $300.00,

but the real pain was calling my wife to bring out

the spare set of keys and explaining how I had lost

the original set. She still mention's it EVERY time

I go ice fishing.

Few big fish good

Few slot fish to take home better

Retriving the pole that went down, that your buddies big feet knocked down the hole - Priceless

Hardly ever get them back, good job fellas
