Permanent houses need to be off the lakes by March 4th according to the DNR web site. With that said in my past experiences with having a permanent on the lake for many years, the resorts typically want you to tell them when you will be not coming up to fish any longer. Hunter's Point has been pretty good with allowing them to stay on for the Perch Extravaganza, but start pulling them off in the next week or two after the regular game fish season is over. I seen a few of them coming of already this past weekend. They nor do you want to have your house sitting out in 4' of snow or 12" of water and no way for the resort to get it off.
Bottom line is to communicate with your resort and work with them to let htem know when you willl no longer be going up. They will typically require you to have the house un-banked and ready to be pulled.
