I thought I heard 220 lb was leading with Jasons 180 in 2nd.

I was up to Hunters last Tuesday working on my ice house.
Going home I almost tagged three Doe on Hwy 18 about 3:30 PM
They were moving early, must have been a Buck pushing them
They sure did get my attention
Last time around it cost me $3,800 in damages

Funny thing....there was a hunter in a stand not 300 yards down the road

As it stands today Russ Drake is still leading with a 220# eight pointer, I am in second at 181#, and Gary (from the Louma crew) is 3rd with 179.5#.

Deer hunting is one of the best things to enjoy. The aroma of the tender meat of deer on the grill can drive anyone out of their sense of hunger. I recently started hunting. Thanks to some of the information I gathered from the internet forum and my hunting gear. I got the best hunting boots and a nice rifle to shoot down the deer. It isn't an easy job to do but I am still learning through hardship.
