Yes actually I have the cut list plans and all the dimensions in autocad and .pdf formates.  Exploded views of the pivot arms as well.  Even made a price list for the cost of trailer as we go on with the build. 
Were looking hard at materials and pricing atm to get this rig setup for winter.  Found a deal already onm aluminum siding .040" 10' x 5' sheets at $49.00.

Ok the  trailer frame had its POR 15 applied to make her rustproof :)
Ordered the Marine treat flooring...be here in a week.  So i should be walling it up and siding it up in 2 weeks.  1 weekend should do it.  Then the spray foaming begins!
Heres a pic of the trailer after its completed minus the electric screw jacks.  Ill keep posting as i get it more completed in stages.

The actual Trailer weight with screw jacks on is 976 lbs EXACTLY... NOT 800 lbs. approximate.  The screw jacks are 20 lbs. each.  Forgot the extra steel for the screw jack mounts and the screw jacks as well :)

Heres some pics of the paneling.  Drip rails, Diamond Plate, roof and lights next.  All flaws will be covered by the diamond plateing and roof, so exact measuring really wasn't needed in certain areas.

Due to alot of people emailing for these plans I decided to post here.  Here is a Zip file of all the .pdf files for the trailer and the fish house build.  These have been plotted from Autocad to .pdf .  If the Autocad files are what you need feel free to email me and I can send them (there larger files).  Let me know what you think.  And always remember to have fun cuz the ice is comming soon wooooot!

Well the L.E.D. trailer light wiring is all done including the electric brakes.  We are gonna hopefully make the remote cords for the electric jacks with independant functions as well.  Most of the wiring inside is all done and a breaker panel is next after the spray foam.  Heres some pics.  Ill tell you guys one thing... the L.E.D. lights are VERY bright and use way less power inside out.  Should make the interior electronics last a while longer than filament bulbs when running on the batteries, and the bulbs wont wear out for a very long time.

Thanks we appreciate it but it does help that my partners employer is letting us build in there shop! :)  Without it I know the build would take alot longer.

Foaming is done heres the foaming in progress :)
I'll tell tell you though once the faoming was completed.  I left a BIG Buddy heater in it for 30 minutes then the temp in the house was checked at ceiling and read 125 F the floor read 115 F.  was 22 degrees outside at the time when sprayed.  I preheated the house for the foaming reached like 55 degrees max.  Was told to get to 60 degrees or more.  Reason is:  The foam will crack especially along the studdings on floor ect.. from walking and flexing.  We had this happen in the first studded area, all other areas were perfect.  I was and so impressed for never seeing this applied or experienceing the effect it has for just body heat inside let alone a small heater.  Fibreglass insulation is not even close to this stuff, its unreal based on my last fish house.

Total around just over $7,000  FULLY furnished with kitchen, private bathroom crapper and dinette.  *Cheap inner paneling for now till summer.  The counter tops are free from a friend as a gift.  And the faoming was a gift from another as well.  The Dinette folds down into a twin sleeper and then 1 bunk on each side of the house over dinette.  If you look at THE LODGE fish houses and Ice Castles im guessing it would be worth around $20,000 when were completed but thats if they were to sell it.  It is prewired for airconditioning and satelite.  We tried our best at this and did a good job but the pros im sure could have done better.  We have been tossing around the  availability to call our fish house and start our heater and change temp, tho its not in the immediate plans as of yet. :)
Some people say we get a little anal on the tech stuff but its what we enjoy!  We have the knowledge and resources to do it so why not?

The first pic from left to right is of the custom switch panels we had made via water jetting.  The second is of the plate filled with a L.E.D. hole light and switch.  The 3rd is of out lift controler box 1 of 2 we are making.  The forth you can see the master switches and a sample of the wood work (Cedar) in progress.  And the fifth is just at the stage we left it last Sunday.
We broke down and decided to panel it up asap so now we are working during the week on it.  We have about a  FULL 2 days left on it till its complete to the stage of living in it for a weekend or soo.
The heater took around 45 minutes from start to 70 degrees with it outside at zero degrees.  Holds the heat well tho slower than we had hoped.
I may have to shop around for either a solar panel for aid in keeping batteries up. ( means less generator time.  Another option is a removable turbine we are considering as its always windy out on the lakes.

All the lights inside and out cept by door are L.E.D's and are extremely bright with very low amperage draw.

Trust me same here im like a 5 year old waiting to open my xmas present.
Alot of the techy stuff goes to my buddy Shawn of 25 years.  We both are very electronic savy but lack alot of construction skills to a point...atleast we gave it OUR best shot.  The pros I know could have done better but we wanted a fish house to have EXACTLY what we wanted and done to the Nth degree for quality almost to overkill compared to the leading manufacturers of fish houses we have checked out.  Trust me that list has been scoured well :)
In my opinion though I would have done the frame differently. All aluminum but the cost would have been extremely higher for all the extra support needed for screw jacks and our anal outlook on strength.  There is only one manufacture id outright buy from as he sells the shell only but does not make 8 foot wide houses.  All aluminum AND for example: 6.5 X 16 + "v" nose approx 1600lbs  foamed, aluminunum siding and cranks.
The shacks look awesome.  He is by far beyond other manufacturers but then again hes only hitting the hi end nitch of the market.
We have 2 other fish houses to make and trust me THEY ARE GOING UP IN tech and light weight.
Ill post our final product for this winter atleast by around xmas!
Maybe a vid of it raising and lowering as well as our attempt to finish the interior :)

Just thought we may have a problem.....weve never tested it for hauling.  If we have a problem with it at higher speeds I think were done for this year as im beat and so is Shawn.  He may come up with a quick fix with a change....  I can only foresee a massive welding day.  Ill throw my hands up to stupidity but in all honesty.  Between what we have searched for online (techy stuff on build), and whom we have talked about as well as too.  Im pretty sure with our research the fish house will be ok for towing.  We have approximatley 270 lb. tongue weight and approx 8% of total trailer weight.  We are a little bit shy on whats recomended for tongue weight.

Just trailered it and pulls great.  Electric brakes work fine.  May need some extra weight on front as it gets a little bit bouncy at times.  That "v" nose helps with the wind over our last flat nose.  Paneling is over half done.
For the catch covers (8) I want to try foaming the lids as not all will be in use the majority of the time.  They seal well but its only plastic.  So im thinking about foaming them and shaving them flush, then applying some plastic bottoms and plastic welding them.  I know its anal but what the hell.

Thanks alot its appreciated.  But I can tell ya tho....  The hardworking men and woman that make there own fish houses have to be VERY motivated to do it and have friends to help out as this was a *#$%^ but I sit back now and REALLY APPRECIATE it.  The equivelant time invested would be the equivelant of just over 4 months of weekends only from start to finish.
The cost went up $9,000 because some things had to be redone and well were anal as well as ignorant lol.  We started in June but took some weekends off.  Research and development was almost the same amount of time as we were both .....well newbies at it.  The fish house license  and shelter license have been purchased and either tonight or tommorrow it will be on a local lake here.  A Milacs adventure with some Floridians will be in February ( the only time they can come up :(.
Oh btw the house at 15 degrees outside now takes 15 minutes to heat the whole monster nicely to 65 now.  All we had to do is turn on the range top in the beginning.
When im out on the lake in daylight ill take better pics of the dinette up and the transformation to bed.  Or half a dinette.  Wish i could have done all the little trim,  curtains and such but I think it will be, go out and do a tiny bit each trip with a screw gun when dead fishing occurs.  Sorry couldn't keep the target date we set but ILL wish you all GOOOOOOD LUCk on fishing :)

Foamed the hole covers.  Heres some pics.  With all the holes open in the floor the house has np being warm on the floor with that heater.  I dont know if the foam helps or not but it sure cant hurt. 
The aluminum door we purchased freezes up if the heater vents are pointed at it.
I think a wood frame is best to fight this condensation problem.  Had a massive fish fry and Fond Du steak at my brothers for 16 people.  We usually do it once a winter for all of our friends.  Just got stocked back up in the freezer now so I have more fish for breakfast wooot.  Gonna try out them jumbo perch this weekend on Mille Lacs.
