Once again, the "poor" indians are being portrayed as just trying to put food on their table. This is NOT the real picture. Most have $30,000 Lunds and rape the lake of thousands of walleyes with spawn still in their bellies because they are allowed to do it, with no concern for the future of he lake.
I'm glad the message got out there, but it is funny how the news danced around the subject with the row boat, etc. Didn't show the $40,000 rigs or nets FULL of Walleyes! Showed a couple walleyes and some perch. And again with the blonde-headed indian!
I am happy to see this is getting some real attention and is going to force the issue. Also happy to hear that they think that the spawn is nearly done so we aren't dealing with net issues this weekend.
