Does anyone know of any launches that are still running, Coming up with the boys to do some work on the fish houses tomorrow and we would like to get out fishing but I can't bring the boat because I'm pulling the enclosed trailer with lumber and supplies! Any infor would be greatly appriciated!
Our second launch (Francis) was pulled this week. With the season drawing to an end, my outings are drawing to a close. I have one more trip scheduled for tonight. (5-9 pm)
Here's a picture of my crew from last night with some of the fish we caught.
Have a great trip out on the Lake tonight with The Pride of Mille Lacs.
I had several great fishing outings this season with our family on The Pride and onFrancis with Captain Nate. We caught some nice fish and had you guys running wih that net I do beleive.
Thanks again for the great time on the lake.
Please keep Walleye Wanda from running away with the Bobber. She would make quite an anchor boat's mate on The Pride, for the late night fishing trips? Ya know?
She seems to go right up to Bobber's place on Picard Point alright...HA! Maybe it is the strong tides?
(This is turning into the fall bite that wouldn't die! )
My boat'll be in for another week, yet!!!!!!!!
I had 10 good fisherpersons out last night and see what ya get for 4 hours of fishin? Steve and Schmidty hadn't ever been on a launch before, but limited out in no time. YEAH! They had to sit down and net fish after that. Fun trip.
Here's some pics from a trip I had out last night:

Great fishing, great photos too, Jon. You cannot beat that story and a nice looking live well. WOW.
Go for it Jon. Another week is way cool. My brother will be up chasing Bambi pretty soon.
I am supposed to get 14 inches of SNOW tomorrow on Monument Divide here on the Black Forest (Colorado). That is what happens at 7,600 feet --Plus no walleyes.
That does not seem fair to me...
A record high yesterday and SNOW tomorrow. I may need Walleye Wanda to warm it up here a bit. High tomorrow is 29 degrees. HA!
One of the guys pulled a 28 1/4". I didn't have my camera, but one of the guys is going to send me some of the ones he took on board. I told him to just post 'em on here, so he'll probably have 'em on here himself. As long as you're dressed for it, the fish are bitin'.
My boat'll be in 'til after this weekend w/ all open boats
You need some Minnesota walleye fishin, buddy............. There's still time to get here for the Saturday night launch Maybe we'll even bring Wanda out so we can get another limit! Wench does NOT know how to set a hook!!!!!!! (She makes a good rod holder, though.)
You did a great job there, Jon!!! WOW a lot of jumbo too.
Way to go! I am missing my Minnesota boat right now.
It is always a tough wait now for the hard water season.
But we have to get readyfor the winter season. We have a big snow storm forecast for Wednesday so I am busy getting prepared for it and colder weather.
After as great of a season as I've had, I'm finally ready to let the rest of our soft water season go. It's gettin' cold out there, kids. I've gotta get a new roof on my fishhouse this year and it's not doing itself.
