Howdy Doug,

My brother Tom (Malmo Tom) got an excellent 8 point buck Saturday morning from his normal deer stand.

I do not have an image yet to post.

The winds on Sunday made Hunting just about impossible east of Malmo.

Pretty slow by us in Nickerson opening weekend did not one of us even see a deer . Didn't even hear much shooting going on. Try again this weekend biggrin biggrin

paul....what did it weigh?

Unfortunately we didn't get it weighed and am still kicking myself. It was the biggest bodied deer I've seen. Weighed in another @ 203 lbs. and this one was way bigger!! Had to use the winch on the wheeler as it broke the tow rope.
