Yes, we are awaiting the Court to take action, one way or another.
I suspect, like the Mn. AG on Tribal related cases, it is taking longer than normal. We can only hope they hear the case sooner than later....
In the meantime, other action could be in the works soon, to address this springs netting during the spawn scenario. Stayed tuned on that!
And also, very importanty, this effort is in need of funding for the future. Since the last court date way back in June of 2011, our funding has been almost non-existent according the people in charge of the Trust. That said, the need to go to the CASSTODAY site and become part of the solution is imperative. The next level of action can't happen without it!
A $20 to $50 bill (or more) is all it takes from ALL of you.....as this is on YOUR behalf.
