i just wanted to say we had a great time fishing the weekend of 1-11-13---Special thanks to Bobber for fixing the bridge,,, special thanks and compliments to the restaurant,,,a big thanks to all staff, you are definately #1 in my book on Mille Lacs lodging and resorts.... See you again definately..... Jeff Coe , Rochester MN

 

PS. 35 walleyes over the weekend ,,, nice!!

we tried and used everything,,, mostly the bite for jigs came off bottom to 2 ft in the mornings and 2 to 4 ft off during the day and evening,,,  we caught on Brass and orange slender spoons , firetiger and brass Glo-Devils, Large orange and silver Chubby Darters, Machos too... several came off rattle reels with quick strike hookup as Holst showed on IDO.    nothing in size ,,, we were in 27 ft of water with nothing but a slow sloping bottom on the north shore ,where it bottoms out at 29 ft...  dont know why but they liked the area....
