After a month of jigging with no luck, my brother  finally caught a small perch and a 18" walleye before dark tonight. All of our walleyes and northerns have been on Rattle Reels and Tip Ups. It has felt like I have jigged my arm off every weekend. Now if we can only get a few more walleyes under 17" or a few perch big enough to get a fillet of it, it would be a good weekend. Here's to a nice 4 day weekend fishing on the pond.
