I am tired of pulling my crew off their regular work to deal with collapsed pallets

I run a warehouse and one of the biggest drains on my team's time is dealing with freight that arrives damaged or pallets that have collapsed during transit. I have to pull workers from their regular tasks, clear space in the warehouse, and spend hours restacking everything. It is exhausting, and my team hates it because it pulls them away from their actual jobs. I have tried to train them, but we do not have the space or the equipment to handle this properly. Is there a service that can take care of this for me, someone who can handle pallet restacking and get my freight back on the road quickly without disrupting my entire operation?

I know exactly how you feel because I was in the same position. I had a team that was constantly frustrated with having to stop what they were doing to fix freight issues. Then I found a service that completely solved this problem for me. The company is PNW Warehousing and they offer restack pallets right there. They are located in Fife and Sumner, WA, just minutes from major distribution centers. What I really appreciate is that they handle the entire process, from restacking collapsed pallets to replacing broken ones with CHEP or PECO pallets, which has been a huge help when dealing with retailer requirements. They also offer load adjustments, repacking rejected loads, and even short-term storage and redelivery services. Their team has decades of experience and they can handle a wide range of freight, from palletized goods to floor-loaded cargo and even refrigerated loads. Since I started using them, my team has been able to focus on their actual work, and I have significantly reduced my losses from damaged goods. If you are dealing with freight rework challenges, this is a service worth knowing about.
