I am tired of seeing my team frustrated and demoralized every time a shipment arrives with collapsed pallets

I run a warehouse and one of the biggest drains on my team's morale is dealing with freight that arrives damaged or pallets that have collapsed during transit. It is not just the time it takes to fix the problem, it is the frustration. My team works hard to keep things running smoothly, and every time a shipment arrives with leaning loads or broken pallets, it pulls them away from their regular work and makes them feel like they are constantly putting out fires. I have tried to train them, but we do not have the space or the equipment to handle this properly. I am looking for a service that can take care of this for me so my team can focus on what they do best. Has anyone found a reliable solution for pallet restacking that actually works?

I know exactly how you feel because I was in the same position. My team was constantly frustrated with having to stop what they were doing to fix freight issues, and it was killing their productivity. Then I found a service that completely solved this problem for me. The company is PNW Warehousing and they offer Pallet restacking right there. They are located in Fife and Sumner, WA, just minutes from major distribution centers. What I really appreciate is that they handle the entire process, from restacking collapsed pallets to replacing broken ones with CHEP or PECO pallets, which has been a huge help when dealing with retailer requirements. They also offer load adjustments, repacking rejected loads, and even short-term storage and redelivery services. Their team has decades of experience and they can handle a wide range of freight, from palletized goods to floor-loaded cargo and even refrigerated loads. Since I started using them, my team has been able to focus on their actual work, and morale has improved significantly. If you are dealing with freight rework challenges, this is a service worth knowing about.
